The Junior Auxiliary of Rankin County (JARC) is making a real difference in the lives of so many by providing basic needs, back packs and school supplies, and recording story books for younger children to hear. Our success is made possible by the generous financial support of area businesses and individuals through corporate sponsorships and our annual event, the Sweet Charity Ball.
Sponsorships can be made in any amount and all amounts received go directly to benefit the children and families served by the various chapter projects. All sponsors will receive recognition in the official program of the Sweet Charity Ball. Additional benefits are provided to sponsors at the Platinum ($3,000 or more) and Gold ($1,200-$2,999) levels. The 2012 Charity Ball is scheduled for Saturday, March 24 at Castlewoods Country Club. The event includes a live auction as well as themed packages that attendees can purchase chances to win their favorite grouping of gifts. All of the items included in the auction and packages are donated by local businesses, artists, and craftsmen. The chapter will also honor the recipient of it's Community Volunteer of the Year award.
